This is not just a hobby, this is not just a way to get paid to work out, this is not just my accountability. This is me letting go of all stress and worries. Getting on a mic everyday and become the real ME! I let loose, have fun, smile and have the bonus of touching peoples heart as I make them sweat.
The stories and transformations I hear weekly do something to my heart that I can not explain. Knowing that I was responsible for someones success story is nothing but pure joy.
Because of me, they showed up, they conquered and they succeed.
