Fast and healthy recipe!

CALORIES 233 PROTEIN 36g FAT 3g CARBS 10g

For 1 serving you'll need:...
1 cup mixed stir-fry vegetables
6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
nonstick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS
1. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and add vegetables.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables begin to thaw (about five minutes).
3. Add shrimp and soy sauce; continue cooking until shrimp are pink and tender.
4. Enjoy!
