What is PiYo? PiYo is a fun, challenging workout fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! Everytime is a little different, but always a great workout!  I hosted a challenge group utilizing the homeworkouts (which I sale) with four other ladies and had amazing results! At the end of our 60 days we had lost a combined total of 10 inches in the stomach, 20% body fat and a total of 60 pounds! PiYo increased my flexibility, made me feel long and lean and gave me the desire to teach the format live!!!

February 2015 I did a certification in The Woodlands to become a PiYo LIVE Instructor. I can't wait to bring this to the gym! Who is ready to get their FLEX Appeal on!
